一党独裁

中国是一个集权社会。生活在这个国家的人民没有人权。在中国，如果你坚持自由民主，维护人权，信仰法轮功，发表异于政府见解的文章，那么你就会被关进监狱，遭受酷刑，甚至被活摘器官。一党独裁是共产党的本性，他们给民众灌输恐惧，

中共打压维护人权的法律人士。据美国国务院发布的各国人权报告中指出：从去年7月份开始，中共在全国范围内打压法律界人士，拘留了300多名律师和法律人士。多人被关押在一个秘密地点，监视居住数月，不能喝律师及家人联系。人权律师表示，中国政府不允许他们为一些委托人提供辩护，威胁他们，如果选择提供辩护将遭到惩罚。中共吊销了一些律师及其事务所的执照，以阻止他们受理敏感案件，比如：亲民主派异见人士，法轮功学员及政府批评者。共产党政府就是利用这种手段让这类案件的被告者找不到辩护律师。

使用酷刑迫害异见人士。这份最新报告说，2015年9月份，人权律师高智晟发表他在新疆监狱中多次遭受虐待和酷刑的故事。在3年的禁闭期间，他脸部遭受电棍点击。在21个月内，他仅被允许“放风”一次。高智晟在2014年8月被释放，但是被严格软禁在家中。他在秋季和冬季被数次审问，不被允许看牙医。在此，中国异见人士张六毛，2015年11月份在广州看守所死亡。律师检查尸体，发现其血迹和瘀伤

许多无辜的人，在一党独裁的政权下，被夺去生命。这样的情形必须终止。如果你身边正在发生这样的事情，请你伸出援助的手，帮帮他们。他们没犯任何的罪，有的甚至是在维护正义，宣传自由民主。他们不应该受到这样的对待。一党独裁必须在中国结束。

The One-Party Dictatorship

China is an authoritarian society. Those civilians who live in this country do not have human rights. In China, if you insist on advocating freedom and democracy, defending human rights, believing in Falun Gong, and publishing the article of which the opinions are different from the Communist government, you will be imprisoned, tortured and even harvested organs. The one-party dictatorship is the nature of the China Communist government (CCG), and they have infused people with deep fear.

The CCG suppressed those lawers who defend for human rights. According to the Country Reports on Human Rights Practices published by the United States Congress, it pointed out that from the beginning of the month of July in 2015, the Chinese communists have suppresed the legal professions in the nationwide, and detained more than 300 lawyers. Many of them were held in a secret place, and being under surveillance for several months. They were not allowed to contact their lawyers and families. Many lawyers said the CCG did not allow them to provide legal service for their clients, and threated them that they would be punished if they insisted on doing that. The CCG also revoked a number of lawyers’ license to prevent them from the admissibility of the sensitive cases, such as those related to the democratic dissidents, Falun Gong practitioners and government critics. The CCG used such means to force the defendants of such cases cannot find their lawyers.

The CCG used torture as a way of the persecution toward dissidents. It states in the country reports that in September 2015, a Chinese human rights lawyer Zhisheng Gao presented his story of being tortured and mistreated many times in the prison of Xinjiang. In three years of detention, his face suffered damage from electrical shock batons. In twenty-one months, he was allowed to go outside for only once. Zhisheng Gao was released in August 2014, but strictly detained at home. In autumn and winter, he was interrogated several times, and was not allowed to see a dentist. In addition, the Chinese dissident Liumao Zhang was found death in the prison of Guangzhou in November 2015. After checking his body, lawyers discovered many spots of blood and bruises.

Prisoners of Conscience and Falungong practitioners were harvested organs alive. In April 2016, David. Matas and David. Kilgour, the authors of Bloody Harvest, were invited to give a speech at TED talk for exposing the fact of Chinese organ transplant. Kilgour said: “The China Communist government persecuted the minorities, and instilled fear to the civilians every ten years. Now, there are tens of thousands of innocent people have been thrown into prison in China. They are not production and export of slaves, products, but subjected to torture, and forced to do a blood test. The unfortunated one is killed because of the need for organ, while someone behind are making huge profit. ” Matas said: “Accord to the investigation, the organs are from prisoners. However, the prisoners are not only those real criminals sentenced to death, but also those prisoners of conscience, such as human rights lawyers, and dissidents. As these people are still under the persecution coming from the CCG, one thing for sure, the organ harvest is still happening in China.”

A large number of innocent Chinese people were dead under the one-party dictatorial Communist regime. This situation must be terminated. If such things are happending around you, please show your hand and help them. They did not committ any crime, and some of them even try hard to maintain the justice, freedom and democracy. They should not be subjected to such treatment. The one-party dictatorship must end in China.
